Vendors will be given 2 passes to be used each night for entry. All other workers will pay the $10 gate fee each night. Discounted tickets will be available to purchase for $8 beginning June 2 thru July 11 at the HC Extension Office.

• Application must be submitted and payment received in order to be considered/confirmed. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Vendors will be assigned spaces designated by number and notified of this number prior to the opening day of the fair.

• Vendors are responsible for all equipment used. Tables and chairs are not provided.

• Vendors are responsible for securing all items brought onto the fair grounds. The HC Fair is not responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged. The Fair Board does not assume responsibility for the security of booths. The fairgrounds ARE NOT locked nightly during fair week but are monitored.

• Vendors are responsible for any and all local and/or state required licenses or permits, KY sales tax, etc.

• Vendors are responsible for their own insurance.

• Vendor is responsible for proper hosing and electrical cords; they must be safe and meet local and state codes.

• No vendor may solicit outside of their booth area.

• Vendors shall be open for business at least 5 of the 6 nights of the Fair (Mon.-Sat.) during the main operating hours of 6p to 9p. Vendors may stay open until the carnival shuts down (10:30-11p weeknights, 11:30-12p-weekend).

• Vendors are responsible for cleanliness and removing all trash and debris from their booth and booth area nightly.

• No camping on grounds will be permitted.

• Vendors may restock by pulling up to their booth area between the hours of 8a-4p. Food trucks should be in place by 5p daily.

• No alcohol, weapons, or drug paraphernalia may be sold. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• The Fair Board reserves the right to close booths operating in a manner not keeping with the Fair’s best interest.

• Neither the HC FAIR, City of Cynthiana, HC Extension Services, nor the Harrison County Fiscal Court is responsible for any accident, loss or damage incurred to the exhibitor's’ property/person.
